Gastrin Releasing Peptide (GRP), purified IgG.
 

Gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP)는 여러 생리적 및 병리생리학적 과정에 관여하는 신경펩타이드입니다.
특히 GRP는 위의 G세포에서 가스트린 분비를 자극합니다. 또한 가스트린 분비를 유발하고 위산 분비 및 장운동 기능을 조절하는 regulatory human peptide로 알려져 있습니다.

위 G 세포를 신경 분포하는 미주 신경의 신경절 후 섬유는 GRP를 분비하며, 이는 G 세포가 가스트린을 분비하도록 자극합니다. GRP는 또한 생체리듬 시스템의 생물학적 작용에 관여하여, 시상하부의 시교차핵에 위치한 주 생체리듬 진동자에 빛 신호를 전달하는 역할을 합니다.
본 항체는 운반 단백질에 결합된 Gastrin-releasing peptide로 토끼를 면역시켜 생성되었습니다.

Stability:	Original vial: at least one year at 4º - 8ºC from date of delivery. Minimize repeated thawing and freezing of the antiserum by freezing aliquots at - 20ºC or below.
Applications:	This antibody has been tested and validated in ELISA against Gastrinreleasing peptide. Other applications like immunohistochemistry (IHC), FACS or Western Blot may work as well. Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user.
